I love that it is a total body workout. It always feels like I have accomplished something when I finish class and I always feel better after doing yoga, physically & mentally. I love that it forces you to be in the moment and focus on what you are doing. It is a great way to work on the mind/body connection and it helps me to ease and relax my mind.
