I love the atmosphere and that the emphasis is health and doing what is right for you and your body and taking care of yourself. Just like a "hug." WIth yoga I have been able to stay active in all different sports. The most important part of the studio is the staff. Everyone makes you feel welcome and important. Always willing and eager to meet you where you are and help with any individual needs or struggles.
