Single Class $25

Basic Membership 4 classes monthly "Auto Renew" $70. The perfect choice for those new to yoga or if yoga is a supplement to an existing training program. This is a great place to start.

Founding Member Monthly Unlimited "Auto Renew" $89. The best choice for experiencing life changing results for overall well being and good health.  A consistent practice of 10-12 sessions monthly is ideal for cummulative benefits that include stress management and reduction, improved qualtiy of sleep, increased flexibility- relieving tension held in the body & natural range of movement, more positive outlook(clear the mental cobwebs) improved balance, and mind/body communication. These are a few the list goes on!

Go to our class schedule and click on a class to sign in to create your online account or Download the MindBody App to create an online account for online registration and easy sign in for classes. When choosing a monthly membership click on "Contracts" in MindBody where the Single Class option pops up. Contracts is where you can choose the Basic 4 classes monthly  or Founding Member Monthly unlimited.

Waitlist Policy

When you add yourself to the waitlist, we assume you will attend that class if you make it in.  Please remove yourself from the waitlist if you will be unable to attend class. 

Terms and Conditions. Please arrive at least five minutes before class begins, classes start on time.

WHY WE LVE YOGA

The quality of my life with the addition of Yin Yoga has improved significantly. I am 69 years old and began a regular practice of 2-3 Yin sessions weekly 3 years ago which enables me to engage in a couple of high exertion activities. One is basketball with men 30 or more years younger who know the game and play well. The games are intense and physical! The other activity is back-packing 3-4 nights in National Parks or the Appalachian Trial. It's the slow intentional stretching Yin Yoga provides which allows me on a basketball court and on the hiking trails. The instructors are adept in working with men as well as women. I like the way the instructors explain the benefit of each position, the content is practical and applicable. Most days with Yin I struggle some, if not a lot. The result is an immediate feeling of relief, I am far less tight and rigid. The pay off for the discomfort during class is fast! Yin and Yoga Oasis are part of a rule of life I follow. Living is much better for it.
