In Vinyasa yoga classes, students coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. Vinyasa is also the term used to describe a specific sequence of poses (Chaturanga to Upward-Facing Dog to Downward-Facing Dog) commonly used throughout a vinyasa class.
In this 2 hour "Flow Into Basics" workshop Katie will break postures down with breath, give you alignment techniques and modifications. She will provide the foundation for arm balances and inversions including side crow and headstand.
RYT with Yoga Alliance are eligible for 2 contact hours CEC when attending this workshop.

WHY WE L♥VE YOGA
Simply put, I love everything. The staff is warm and welcoming, greeting you by first name every time you walk thru the door. Instructors are very encouraging and helpful, so no matter your experience, from novice to expert you always feel comfortable. Classes are as challenging as you want them to be, but instructors always make sure to add a little laughter and fun.
After consistently practicing on a weekly basis for the past 17 months, yoga has helped me become a calmer and more level headed person. In addition to reducing tension and stress levels, increasing flexibility, strength and overall health.
