In Vinyasa yoga classes, students coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. Vinyasa is also the term used to describe a specific sequence of poses (Chaturanga to Upward-Facing Dog to Downward-Facing Dog) commonly used throughout a vinyasa class.
In this 2 hour "Flow Into Basics" workshop Katie will break postures down with breath, give you alignment techniques and modifications. She will provide the foundation for arm balances and inversions including side crow and headstand.
RYT with Yoga Alliance are eligible for 2 contact hours CEC when attending this workshop.

WHY WE L♥VE YOGA
Most patrons are quiet in the studio before class starts. This allows me to relax on my own before the instructor begins class. I also think the size of the studio is just right. Yoga reduces stress in my life and keeps me physically fit and flexible.
