Everyone can practice yoga! 

We know because we have been teaching yoga since 2001 in Charlotte, NC.

Our Traditional Hot Yoga classes come from the lineage of Bishnu Ghosh. Traditional Hot Yoga is a description of the style we teach not a relationship to the temperature in the room.  We have Traditional "Not as Hot " Yoga classes with where the room is warm and feels like a balmy sumer day and Tradtional Hot Yoga classes where we add the heat which feels like a hot summer day. Deep Stretch is a taught in room with residual heat, think balmy summer day.  Our Yin Yoga classes are taught in a non heated room and are from the Taoist tradition inspired by Paulie Zink, Paul Grilley, Bernie Clark, Sarah Powers and Biff Mithoefer.

We are conveniently located in the historic Dilworth neigborhood in Charlotte, NC.

Yoga can be as much or as little as you want it to be.

For some it is purely a physical pursuit, keeping the body toned, strong and flexible

For others, yoga becomes more of  a mindset and a way of living.

Regardless of age, experience, or level of flexibility we can all benefit from yoga if we maintain "mental flexibility"....patience.

The atmosphere at the Yoga Oasis is friendly, supportive and attitude free.

Our students range in age from 14 to 70+!

We offer a variety of affordable yoga classes to help bring balance to your day because there are benefits from all types of yoga.
