Welcome!

Everyone can practice yoga! 

We know because we have been teaching yoga for 12 years !  We began in 2001 teaching Bikram Hot Yoga and 6 years ago expanded our yoga portfolio of classes to include Yin Yoga  & Bryan Kest inspired deep stretch yoga. All of our Traditional Hot Yoga classes come from the lineage of Bishnu Ghosh.  

We are conveniently and centrally located in the historic Dilworth neigborhood area of Charlotte, NC.

Yoga can be as much or as little as you want it to be.

For some it is purely a physical pursuit, keeping the body toned, strong and flexible

For others, yoga becomes more of  a mindset and a way of living.

Regardless of age, experience, or level of flexibility we can all benefit from yoga if we maintain "mental flexibility"....patience. The atmosphere at the Yoga Oasis is friendly, supportive and attitude free. Our students range in age from 14 to 70+! Yoga truely is for ALL BODIES!

We offer a variety of affordable yoga classes to help bring balance to your day because there are benefits from all types of yoga. Yoga will help strengthen, stretch and de-stress your body, improve mental focus, clear the mind and enhance your overall well being.

WHY WE LVE YOGA

I love that it is a total body workout. It always feels like I have accomplished something when I finish class and I always feel better after doing yoga, physically & mentally. I love that it forces you to be in the moment and focus on what you are doing. It is a great way to work on the mind/body connection and it helps me to ease and relax my mind. Yoga has helped me pinpoint and work on my imbalances from daily living.
