Welcome!

Everyone can practice yoga! 

We know because we have been teaching yoga for 13 years !  We began in 2001 teaching Bikram Hot Yoga and 6 years ago expanded our yoga portfolio of classes to include Yin Yoga, Qigong  & Bryan Kest inspired deep stretch yoga. All of our Traditional Hot Yoga classes come from the lineage of Bishnu Ghosh.  

We are conveniently and centrally located in the historic Dilworth neigborhood area of Charlotte, NC.

Yoga can be as much or as little as you want it to be.

For some it is purely a physical pursuit, keeping the body toned, strong and flexible

For others, yoga becomes more of  a mindset and a way of living.

Regardless of age, experience, or level of flexibility we can all benefit from yoga if we maintain "mental flexibility"....patience.

The atmosphere at the Yoga Oasis is friendly, supportive and attitude free.

Our students range in age from 14 to 70+!

Yoga truely is for ALL BODIES!

We offer a variety of affordable yoga classes to help bring balance to your day because there are benefits from all types of yoga.

WHY WE LVE YOGA

Traditional Hot Yoga 60 minutes is just the best! especially at 6a.m.! i get all the benefits of a 90 minute class in an hour...all before work! The Fire and the Water class are great, too....it's a nice "mix it up" if you will...there are so many asanas that are good for the body...why stick to the same ones? My practice appreciates the challenge of Fire and Water...and then there in Yin....or should i say...BLISS...and for my very tight shoulders and hips...the sunday shoulders and hips class is amazing....that's what i love about the Yoga Oasis...so many different classes. Not one size fits all...you have CHOICES!!
